The biggest shopping day of the year is named Black Friday, so named because retail stores are supposed to make enough profit to end the year in the "black" . Yesterday an employee at a Wal-Mart store was trampled to death by frenzied shoppers.I really have to ask, is a few dollars bargain worth a life?
Feed the greed machine, I guess. So now we have a new twist, called Cyber Monday. At least no one will be physically hurt at the virtual malls. Though you do have to watch out for scams, identity thieves etc.in those virtual malls.
